Save your money this place is wast of timeīecause they don't seem to know what they doing if a manager can ask such questions, Basically it's jokeĪfter I got upset then I went on my phone and showed her then I told her she thinks I would lie not to pay £10.00 honestly who would lie about there child what sort of person would say such thing its my fault that your colleague didn't give me a pass if someone like Christina thinks my son should wear sign that shows his disabilities to everyone that comes in contact with him,he is five years old why should he and why should I have to prove to you that he was born like that!!!! she humiliated me in front of all the these customers and I was forced to go on my phone to look for an email that shows my son is autism fr his SECO I couldn't believe it that this woman was standing there saying I should show her that my child is autistic, I just started to cry because with everything you go through already with society and fighting for equalities then you can have individual that is in position of management and which shows we have long away to go.
She then told me that I should provide information that my child has disabilities.
She then told me that anyone that is there needs to have wrist band and can't be there without it so I left took my son and said to her if they can refund me my money back then I would leave and I told her when I spoke to there customers service staff and on there website it states parents and cares can go I with person of special needs without needing to pay my son having autism I can go with Him without paying because all I would be doing is following in around making sure he is safe. I brought him summers pass which so we wake up early and we went before it got busy because my son has autism ASD.as soon as we got in he was extremely excited and if anyone that has child that has disabilities will understand 10mins of us being in there a Manager called Christina came up to me saying I didn't have wrist band so I would have to leave, so I went on my phone and showed her the pass I got my son. I went to flip out today with my five old son.
